Cancellations:
Orders once placed on our website (Viya Collections, referred to https://www.viyacollections.com) can NOT be cancelled.
For any exceptions / requests, kindly drop an email to [email protected] or contact us on WhatsApp at 9550931471 with the following details immediately,
- Order ID
- Reason for cancellation
- Payment screenshot / receipt
For any reason, if the cancellation request is not sent immediately / before packed, amount will NOT be refunded.
Returns:
We check the condition of each and every product thoroughly before we deliver it to you. So we DO NOT allow returns for the products at any cost. In case of below conditions, Only Exchange is provided.
- Wrong product/variant was delivered
- Dress is damaged
Exchanges:
Any exchange request should be placed as soon as the order is delivered. After that, we DO NOT accept exchange. Exchanges are only allowed when,
- Wrong product/variant was delivered
- Dress is damaged
Exchange is not allowed with different sizes of same/different dress. Only same size & dress can be exchanged.
Exchange Process:
To exchange an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and send us an email at [email protected] with order ID, photo of the package & full video of unboxing.
- We bear the exchange delivery charges (to & from) both sides.
It is mandatory that you capture a video evidence of the unboxing/unpacking of the delivered product for us to accept exchange. Video should be uncut, continuous and cover all directions of the package.
